Mitch is the creative force and founder behind Dream Mailboxes. What started as a personal project quickly turned into a passion for building custom pieces that stand out. With a background in design and a love for hands-on craftsmanship, Mitch leads the vision, product development, and growth of the brand. He’s all about turning simple ideas into something truly memorable — and making sure every mailbox is built with purpose.

Madi was there from day one — helping build, sand, stain, and ship every mailbox by hand when Dream Mailboxes was just an idea in a garage. Her creativity, work ethic, and attention to detail helped shape the foundation of what Dream has become. Her impact is everywhere — in the standards we hold, the customer experience we deliver, and the heart we put into every build.

Tyler joined Mitch in the early garage days and has been part of the Dream journey ever since. Now a proud partner and co-owner, he plays a key role in upholding the quality and craftsmanship behind every mailbox.

With a background in construction and a serious love for all things mechanical, Tyler brings precision, reliability, and a hands-on approach to everything he builds — especially if it involves a Ford Mustang.

Luis brings a strong construction background and serious craftsmanship to Dream Mailboxes. Since joining the team, he’s become a master builder — leading the hands-on creation of many of our most popular designs.

Outside the shop, Luis enjoys gaming, traveling, and spending time with his family. He’s always looking forward to new projects that push the creative limits.

Haylie keeps things organized and running smoothly behind the scenes at Dream Mailboxes. From managing orders and updating schedules to helping with customer communication, she’s a key part of keeping the team on track every day. Outside of work, Haylie is a passionate gamer, a creative baker, and someone who loves expressing herself through tattoos. She brings focus, creativity, and a sense of fun to everything she does.

Niko is our go-to for precision and detail. As a meticulous assembler, he brings craftsmanship, focus, and serious organization to every mailbox that passes through his hands. If it needs to be done right, it goes to Niko.
When he’s not in the shop, you’ll likely find him out on the water. He’s an avid fisherman known for reeling in some of the finest catches Florida has to offer.

Sofia brings an artistic eye and precision to every mailbox she touches. Currently studying architecture, she’s passionate about design, structure, and the small details that make a big impact. At Dream, she helps with finishing, painting, and final assembly — making sure every build looks as good as it performs.
Outside the shop, you’ll probably find her soaking up the sun at the beach or sketching her next creative idea.

Steven brings focus and a strong work ethic to the Dream Mailboxes team. He takes pride in doing things right and making sure every project is finished strong. Outside of work, Steven is committed to his education, balancing long days with late nights studying. His dedication to both school and work shows in the discipline and effort he brings every day.

Danny is a former professional skateboarder who brings grit, focus, and craftsmanship to every build. With a background rooted in creativity and resilience, he plays a key role in both production and installation.

Outside of work, Danny and his partner run a dog and cat rescue, fostering multiple animals and giving them a safe place to call home.

Gianna is the voice behind the messages you actually want to open. From referral programs to reactivation flows, she builds smart, customer-first campaigns that keep our community connected and engaged.
Outside of work, you’ll find her reading, doing Pilates, playing pickleball, or dancing at music festivals. She brings a mix of strategy and good vibes to everything she does.
