We offer free FedEx/ UPS Ground shipping!

Your mailbox is already assembled. You will just need to insert into the ground and secure with the provided screws.

Permit Notice

In most areas, installing a mailbox does not require a permit. However, local requirements can vary based on your city, county, or homeowners’ association (HOA).

It is the homeowner’s responsibility to confirm whether any permits, approvals, or setback requirements apply before installation.

Dream Mailboxes is not responsible for permit compliance or any issues resulting from local regulations.

When in doubt, we recommend reaching out to your local building department or HOA before moving forward with installation.

Yes, we provide professional installation services for a fee of $499 for all standard mailboxes. Our team will ensure that your mailbox is installed correctly and securely, giving you peace of mind.

Absolutely! just put the paint color code in your order notes and we'll match it. We will send you a mockup to approve before your order is sent to production.

Depending on the design, we use 5", 6", 8", 10", 12" Numbers - Most numbers are available in the below colors.

Number Colors:
- Black
- Nickel (silverish)
- Gold
- White

Light Options:
All mailboxes come with solar lights. The lights can be a warm, neutral, or cool light setting.

We also have Backlit LED Numbers available for any mailbox as an upgrade option here

All of our mailboxes are designed to meet USPS specifications. We can provide a spec sheet that outlines the approval details, which can be helpful for HOA approvals or other requirements. Wall-mounted mailboxes are typically intended to be installed near the home—not at the curb—so if you’re unsure which style is best for your property, feel free to reach out and we’ll point you in the right direction.

Our mailboxes are crafted from high-quality materials, including durable metals and weather-resistant finishes. Treated wood, exotic hardwood, composite, tile, stucco, aluminum, etc. This ensures longevity and protection against the elements, making them a great addition to your home.

We stand behind our quality. All mailboxes include a 1-year warranty for defects and solar lights. Not covered: impact, misuse, or extreme weather. Honestly, even if it’s past a year, reach out—we care about our customers and will always try to make it right.

Yes! After your order is placed, we send a mockup for your approval to ensure everything looks perfect before production begins and before the mailbox ships.

If you prefer to see a mockup beforehand, you can also request one before placing your order—we’re happy to help you visualize the design.
