1. Introduction Welcome to Dream Mailboxes! We specialize in creating custom mailboxes and are committed to delivering your order with care and efficiency.
2. Processing Time All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Custom orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: Delivered within 1-5 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Available upon request at an additional cost.
4. Shipping Costs Shipping is free and will not be charged to you unless you need to expedite your order or upgrade the shipping method.
5. Tracking Your Order Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
6. Packaging We take great care in securely packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
7. Custom and Import Taxes Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Currently we do not ship internationally.
