How long until it ships?
Every Slatline is built to order. Standard mailboxes ship in 2–3 weeks; LED backlit orders in 3–4 weeks. You'll approve a digital mockup with your house numbers before we start building.
Are my house numbers included?
Yes — floating house numbers are included with every Slatline, available in Black, Nickel, Gold, or White. LED backlit numbers are available as an upgrade.
Do I have to install it myself?
Your mailbox arrives fully assembled — most DIY installs take under 30 minutes. Or let our team handle it: professional installation is available anywhere in the U.S. for $499, including removal of your old mailbox.
Is it USPS approved?
All of our mailboxes are designed to meet USPS specifications, and we can provide a spec sheet for HOA or architectural approval.
